Yellow Moon Membership Application Form

So, you think you have what it takes to play among the best in Space Merchant? Yellow Moon tends to be very selective about who they call "one of their own". Typically, we require new members to be sponsored by a current member, and ask players who wish to apply to fill out this questionnaire. An interview may follow if more questions need to be asked. Questionnaire results and interview log will be made available to current Yellow Moon members. A vote is then held among the current members, which must be unanimous for a new player to be accepted. We realize this is a rather involved process, but we feel it helps us to build the best alliance possible.
